Paul Zaic – Employee of the Quarter
As a Requirements Analyst for the Air Force, Paul Zaic helps build the contextual model and DRM for Synergy’s CON-IT project. Paul also works on various projects across the Synergy organization – from proposals to the company newsletter. Paul’s commitment to excellence in everything that he does recently won him the Employee of the Quarter Award for Quarter 2, 2016.
What aspect of your job interests you the most?
I like that my work as a Requirements Analyst is fundamentally about solving problems. When I first started, I would describe my work to friends outside of work as “like solving a giant crossword.” I think it suits me.
What do you look forward to in the future? (OR Where do you see yourself in 5 years?)
In my role as a Requirements Analyst, I’m excited to begin the 3rd increment of our work with CON-IT. It will be the first time I’m starting from scratch with a new project, and I’m curious to see how my experience so far informs the work.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Television, Music, and Podcasts. I write when I remember too.
Within a short time, Paul has become an invaluable member of the requirements team. He exemplifies having a great attitude when new tasks are assigned to him and applies strong analytical skills in completing his tasks.
