Aaron Cooper

Program Manager


Bringing an 18-year track record of delivering strategic IT solutions to clients in both the public and private sectors, Aaron manages Synergy’s business operations and serves as its overall delivery manager. As the Program Manager for Synergy’s contract with the US Air Force Office of Business Transformation, he leads a team supporting mission requirements facilitation, business process modeling, business process reengineering, BPR assertions, efficiencies, IT compliance, systems engineering, and SDDP outreach. Before joining Synergy, Aaron served as CEO of Wind River Consulting. As a Principal Systems Engineer and Data Architect prior to that, he was a trusted key contributor to the success of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Application Integration, and SOA projects for the US Air Force, Bristol Myers Squibb, Medtronic, Mead Johnson Nutritionals, Lucent, Time Warner Cable, Coram Healthcare, and StorageTek. Aaron believes the customer’s return on investment – both immediate and long-term – is the key success criteria for any engagement. His experience with both the DoD and health-related industries provides deep insights into how to successfully deliver results in Synergy’s key government practice areas.
