Since starting with Synergy in 2017, Amanda leads the selection process of identifying, attracting, and retaining diverse and highly skilled individuals who are dedicated to Synergy’s customers’ missions. Amanda works directly with senior leadership to establish priorities and recruiting strategies, such as talent management initiatives, sourcing solutions, and process management. Amanda helps to drive recommendations to leadership on the selection process, hiring priorities, and resources of the talent acquisition team. Since joining the team, Amanda has been an integral part of the company’s growth from 70 employees to over 200 employees.
