As the Director of Human Resources, Eric is responsible for the full spectrum of employee lifecycle actions from recruiting and on-boarding to employee benefits, compensation, and development to succession planning, separation, and retirement. Since joining Synergy in 2014, Eric has demonstrated thoughtful leadership, streamlined Synergy’s HR process, and improved talent acquisition strategies.
Before joining the Synergy team, Eric had served in the U.S. Air Force since 1989. While on active duty, he had various assignments ranging from the unit level to air staff. His final military assignment was as a Personnel Officer at the Pentagon, where he served on the Issues Team for the Director of Air Force Personnel. Eric earned his Master’s degree from the University of South Carolina, and his Bachelor’s degree from Troy University.
