Marshall is experienced in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience through Agile software development methodologies and modern approaches to legacy system modernization. He holds certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMP®), Scaled Agile, Inc. (SAFe Agilist®), Scrum Alliance (CSM®), ICAgile (ICP-Agile®), and AXELOS (ITIL v3®), along with additional certifications in leadership, business processes, and Fire/EMS services.
In addition to his work at Synergy, Marshall serves with the Shepherdstown Fire Department, where he continues to support emergency services operations as an officer, leader, firefighter, Emergency Medical Technician, and nationally certified instructor.
Marshall is a graduate of Shepherd University (BS), West Virginia University (MS), and Villanova University (PM). He serves on multiple local community boards and is a member of Covenant Church. He and his wife, Krystle, have two children.
