Erin Miller serves as Human Resources Director at Synergy, where she leads strategic people initiatives, talent management programs, and organizational development efforts that support Synergy’s growth and culture. With more than 13 years of HR leadership experience across technology, hospitality, and digital services, Erin has led organizations through high-growth scaling and enterprise-wide change management, with a focus on aligning talent strategies to the evolving tech landscape.
Prior to joining Synergy, Erin served as Senior Manager and HR Business Partner at ICF, supporting a 1,300-person Digital Modernization Division. She advised senior executives, drove organizational effectiveness, and oversaw the HR integration for multiple acquisitions, translating organizational needs into effective talent, performance, and engagement strategies.
Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia. She has her SHRM-CP certification and has completed executive education through UVA Darden School’s Women in Leadership Program. Previously, Erin also served as Treasurer for the Charlottesville Women in Tech organization, reflecting a long-term commitment to advancing women in technology and leadership.
When she’s not thinking about people and culture-building, Erin enjoys Peloton, reading, and listening to true crime podcasts. She is also passionate about coffee, live music, and Taylor Swift. Lucky team members occasionally get to see her cats, Link and Zelda, making a surprise appearance on video calls (especially if it’s close to dinnertime!).
