
Lisa Roach is a seasoned Program Director with more than 25 years of experience delivering large-scale IT programs across federal environments. She has led complex initiatives supporting GSA, the U.S. Army, OPM, and other government stakeholders, driving modernization, enterprise system improvements, and mission-critical service delivery.
Before joining Synergy, Lisa served for more than a decade at Peraton, where she directed Agile teams supporting the GSA Integrated Award Environment (IAE). She oversaw system transformation efforts for more than 3.4 million users and 500M monthly page views, led contract expansion initiatives that increased Agile team capacity by more than 100%, and supported strategic planning, financial management, subcontractor oversight, and program risk mitigation. Her work included delivery management, performance optimization, and cross-functional leadership for teams ranging from five to more than 120 technical resources.
Earlier in her career, Lisa advanced through multiple roles supporting the Army Medical Department, including quality management, enterprise data modernization, and full lifecycle software project leadership. She has managed multimillion-dollar budgets, developed standardized operating processes, and served as a trusted liaison with federal stakeholders, contract officers, and agency leadership.
Lisa’s experience spans Agile transformation, enterprise operations, contract oversight, compliance, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement. She maintains an active Top Secret security clearance and holds multiple professional certifications, including PMP, SAFe® Agilist, Certified Scrum Master, and CMMI Practitioner.
