Nathan Hintz serves as Director of Growth for Synergy’s Federal Civilian sector, leading strategic capture, pipeline development, and go-to-market execution across defense and civilian agencies. He brings extensive experience building high-performing growth organizations, formalizing BD lifecycle infrastructure, and aligning capture, proposal, and delivery functions to drive measurable opportunity progression.
Nathan has led growth operations across multiple firms, advancing digital transformation, IT modernization, application development, cybersecurity, and management consulting engagements for agencies including DHS, USDA, EPA, VA, DOI, and the Department of Transportation. His leadership includes pipeline governance, gate reviews, milestone-based capture, and programmatic oversight of proposal operations, pricing strategy, and cross-functional teaming.
Before joining Synergy, Nathan held senior growth leadership roles at Savan and RP Professional Services, where he achieved 100% recompete win performance, developed enterprise BD frameworks, improved proposal responsiveness through AI-supported development, and captured large-scale contract vehicles, single-award BPAs, and prime awards across the federal marketplace. He has supported engagements ranging from early-stage market positioning through opportunity qualification, competitive analysis, solution strategy, and post-award account expansion.
Nathan holds an MBA from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University, where he graduated with academic honors and served in multiple leadership and service organizations.
