Shaun Humphrey is a seasoned Program Manager with more than a decade of experience driving strategic initiatives and delivering innovative IT solutions within federal government environments. Currently, performing in the role of Deputy Contract Program Manager for Synergy and supports the USDA engagement. Previously, Shaun spent ten years at TCG. During this tenure, he managed complex projects for agencies such as Treasury, DHS, DoD, NASA, EPA, OMB, and VA, spearheading initiatives that streamlined federal budgeting processes and automated reporting systems. His accomplishments include developing DHS’s knowledge management system and producing multi-thousand-page Congressional and OMB Justifications.
