  • Agile Software DevelopmentSynergy is an early adopter and implementor of Agile Software Development practices across multiple Federal Government departments and agencies (e.g.DoD, DHS, DHA, and DOL). We have developed and deployed various solutions including middleware technologies, multi-tiered web solutions, and mobile solutions. We have helped transition many of our customers from traditional software development to gaining benefits from agile development using continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). Our experts actively employ a compilation of multiple software and data management techniques, including multiple varieties of Agile, such as Kanban, Extreme Programing (XP), Feature Driven Development (FDD), Test Driven Development (TDD), Paired Programming, and Scrum, as well as Lean and DevOps, choosing the most appropriate technique or blend of techniques for each situation.
