Human Resources Manager

As Human Resources manager, Brian manages all aspects of HR activities at Synergy. Brian implements policies and procedures to retain a talented workforce for Synergy and to promote a workplace culture that celebrates diversity, practices inclusivity and creates a fun and rewarding environment for all employees.

Before joining Synergy, Brian gained a breadth of experience in a wide variety of HR and recruiting positions with other government contracting companies such as PAE, FCi Federal, and BVTI. Brian holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications and stays up to date with the current regulations and best practices in the field of human resources.

Brian considers it a privilege to be able to work with so many exceptional team members, help them succeed, and make them feel part of the Synergy family. One of his goals is to improve efficiency and communications in a company that is growing but yet strives to maintain the “small business” culture.

Brian loves to spend time with his family, volunteer at his church in Ranson, WV, and enjoy quality time with good friends.
