As Senior Vice President of Growth for Synergy, Matt leverages his business acumen, organizational effectiveness expertise, and passion for measurable, enterprise-level Federal government efficiency to ensure that Synergy exceeds the expectations of its clients. With over 15 years of experience in consulting, advanced analytics, and organizational development, Matt collaborates with both clients and internal teams to ensure all projects realize their intended impact and deliver optimal value.

Prior to joining Synergy, Matt held leadership roles in both the public and private sector including State government, federal consulting, financial services, and healthcare administration. Most recently, he oversaw a management consultancy portfolio providing strategic advising services to secretarial level staff for several cabinet-level agencies.

Matt holds an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an MA in Experimental Psychology. He teaches courses in Research Methodology, Statistical Analysis, and Organizational Behavior at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
