Paul Malone is Synergy’s Technical Director and implements continuous improvement policies aligned with strategic plans and program growth. A former federal CIO Paul designed the Budget Formulation and Execution Manager and the Performance Measure Manager for federal agencies and shared services programs. Paul founded a consulting firm providing technical services to OMB and a global hedge fund, developing application solutions and marketing “Ideal Forms for Jira” on Atlassian’s marketplace. He has also held senior roles in the telecommunications industry. Paul lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, two children, and two dogs, and enjoys fishing in the Chesapeake Bay.
