As Chief Outreach Officer, Todd Schwartzrock is responsible for the overall direction of Synergy’s public relations and branding, media outreach, stakeholder and legislative communication, and program education and awareness campaigns.
Before joining Synergy, Todd initiated and directed the IDIQ and GWAC express response team at CGI Federal, fielding teams of pricing, solutions, contracts, and proposal managers in response to active solicitations across the firm’s 72 contract vehicles.
Previously, he led the development and execution of stakeholder engagement and marketing with the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) from 2015 to 2017, significantly improving contractor, federal program and OEM manufacturer program participation. He helped launch the CIO-CS solutions GWAC contract, initiated the NITAAC NOW outreach webcast and NITAAC Solution Showcase, served as program correspondent with White House Press Corps, and actively assisted in doubling funded orders to over $6 billion.
Before NITAAC, Todd was CIO-SP3 program director at Systems Made Simple/Lockheed Martin, health capture director at GDIT, product manager at Seibel Systems/Oracle, and headed east region marketing for Clear Channel.
Todd has an MBA in Finance, Marketing, Strategy and New Media from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
