As the Director of Operations, Tommy oversees Synergy’s Contracts, Recruiting, and IT departments, handling responsibilities such as supervising the full lifecycle of prime and subcontract administration, representing Synergy in all contractual matters with our customers and partners, directing the recruitment and referral efforts, and ensuring Synergy’s employees receive effective IT support.

Before joining Synergy, Tommy worked for an 8(a) government contractor where he gained experience as Contracts Manager and Project Manager. As a result of working for small businesses, Tommy has gained valuable insight into all aspects of government contracting and business administration. Tommy attended the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Rhetoric and a minor in Economics.
