Because I wear many different hats at Synergy, my list of titles is a bit lengthy! Technically, my roles include Service Desk and Help Desk Tech Support, Facility Support Admin, and Asset Management Support Admin. You may also know me as the person to go to when your laptop isn’t working.
My responsibilities include managing all incoming requests, which I either resolve myself or route to the proper resources. Besides this, I am responsible for maintaining and installing all IT and network devices, as well as managing any current or obsolete devices. Lastly, as a member of the admin team, I help manage our offices as well.
I would say success is a favorable outcome! It’s the moment that you look forward to while working on a given task or project. In some cases, it’s your incentive for starting the project in the first place. By my definition, success brings positive, delightful outcomes to you, your team, and the company.
For me, an ideal vacation is visiting somewhere relaxing. Typically, this looks like trips that let you get away from everyday stress. If I’m feeling more adventurous, traveling abroad and visiting other countries is most exciting and gives me a great opportunity to learn about other cultures and their way of life.
I would have to say vanilla and chocolate milkshakes. They never get old!
Though I’ve traveled all over the world, I have called the Washington, DC metro area home for most of my life.
I do! In fact, I have several. First, I would follow the Golden Rule in saying that you should always treat others in the way that you would like for them to treat you. Beyond this, I like to encourage others by reminding them that it’s never too late for a new beginning. Lastly, I am a firm believer in the idea that you should always strive for what you really desire.
One of my favorite things about being at Synergy is having the opportunity to work with incredible colleagues. We are a fast-growing company with great leadership, so I frequently come across opportunities to learn new things and meet all kinds of capable individuals. We all contribute to the same cause and bring our different talents to the table, demonstrating true synergy. The environment is fun and cooperative, and the management is awesome! They not only work with you, but also provide necessary resources for you to reach your goals, to better yourself, and grow at every level.
